Talamonti Wine Dinner at The Laguna
On Saturday, 25th February get ready to sit back and relax into a beautifully prepared dinner with Italian wine paired, at a stunning beachfront location – The Laguna are hosting a wine dinner featuring the internationally recognised wine from the Di Tonno family.
Talamonti wines are produced in Abruzzi – a famous wine region located in a mountainous Italian region that runs along the Adriatic Sea. The Di Tonno family’s 32-hectare vineyard produces high quality wines that have become a popular choice for wine lovers over the last decade, using grapes of Trebbiano d’Abruzzi for white wine and Montepulciano d’Abruzzi for red wines.
The event will kick off at 7pm where you will enjoy cocktails and canapés at the gorgeous beachfront Arwana Bar. Moving on to the restaurant, you will then be presented with a 5-course degustation menu, curated by Made Putra – Executive Chef of The Laguna, with which Harald Wiesmann will perfectly pair the wine.

Mazzei Wine Dinner at The St. Regis Bali Resort
It’s no secret that Italian’s know their wine, and the Mazzei family are no exception. Hailing from Tuscany, in central Italy, which is home to some of the world’s most notable wine regions, the family have been making wine for decades [for 24 generations in fact!]. Castello di Fonterutoli is the heart of where the magic happens, and is where 36 different types of Sangiovese grapes are grown across 5 of the company’s main vineyards.
So, how would you like to taste 6 different vintage Mazzei wines, coupled with delicious food in gorgeous settings? On Friday, 17th March you are invited to a special 6-course degustation menu and wine pairing dinner at the award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant, hosted by Restaurant Manager and Chief Sommelier, Harald Wiesmann. The event will start at 7pm with cocktails and canapés, before commencing with a uniquely curated menu with each dish paired with an exquisite wine, such as the Mazzei Fonterutoli Chianti Classico DOCG and the Mazzei “Phillip” Toscana IGT.
