Looking for a villa in Bali, near bustling Seminyak, for your island getaway that perfectly captures the Balinese charm, has an ideal location, but also retains peace and tranquility? Look no further! Introducing Villa Bella...
Whether you’re looking for a family villa getaway, romantic escape or just some hassle free peace and tranquility, we have found a Bali villa that captures the island in it’s true essence, ease and authentic island charm!

Perched on the edge of popular Seminyak, Jane Corser has created an Insta-worthy bohemian beauty and her home is one of the originals in the area still retaining the Bali charm. Jane had a vision and desire to create the Bali abode she now calls her Bali home, and we are eternally grateful that she opened up her home to offer all travellers the best of boutique stays. Get ready for an insider’s tip you will be thanking us for…. Introducing Villa Bella!
Even though the property is centrally located, you will feel a million miles away. Villa Bella sits amongst beautiful trees and gardens, making it a haven away from the bustling hotspot of Kerobokan [Seminyak’s neighbour] you will even be woken up by the beautiful melodious bird song each morning].

Marigolds, marigolds, marigolds! These are one of the first things you’ll notice when entering through the Balinese doors, and what a treat for your senses it is! This flower is special in the Balinese culture and are often used for offerings so you will see them everywhere in Bali, and Villa Bella is positively dripping in a warm glow. First impressions count, and Villa Bella nails it with those beautiful fresh flowers.
And it gets better! The homewares and furnishings at Villa Bella are just stunning. The open air living spaces are filled with many antique treasures from the Indonesian Archipelago, and there is an incredible collection of globally sourced/collected textiles and homewares which compliment every space, making each room so unique.
The villa comprises of three generously sized bedrooms, all paired with open air shower ensuite bathrooms, and all boast huge antique four post beds with decorative and functional hanging mosquito nets. Before retiring for a good night’s sleep in your heavenly bedroom, curl up with a glass of wine and a book [borrowed from the villa’s well stocked collection of holiday literature] in the lounge area, which overlooks the lush gardens and rice terraces where the evening sunset glows.

There is literally no need to leave the three walls [and rice paddy]. Soak up the serenity in one of the verandah hammocks or chillax poolside in the Javanese joglos, which are surrounded by marigold threads and adorned with colourful Indian cushions. If this doesn’t tickle your fancy, just melt the hours away with countless massages with their recommended masseuse or why not try a traditional Balinese healing with Pak Bagus – wait scratch that, DO BOTH!
We’re a true believer that ‘the people make the place’ [although the interiors, architecture, textiles and antiques are to die for here at Villa Bella!], and a large part of this unique Balinese experience is the dedicated husband and wife team managing the Villa; Nyoman and Ketut. They will look after your children like their own, create itineraries and personally drive you across Bali so you can enjoy the culture, heritage, markets, healings and shopping to your hearts content.

Their hospitality doesn’t end there either! Choose from their home cooked menu and experience some authentic Balinese dishes, in the comfort of you own villa. Our personal fave had to be the roast chicken and sambal matah, a dish that Ketut is famous for! If the flavours of the dishes aren’t enough, you can’t help but appreciate the beautiful collection of Jengala ceramics the dishes are served on.
If you wish to explore beyond the property surrounds, Jane has put together her Bali Insider hot tips on all her recommendations to eat, play, drink, shop and visit. Believe us, the reality of having to leave is difficult to accept, so be sure to book those additional days to unwind your Bali stay away!
