This beyond-beautiful 8-bedroom villa is a true Seminyak gem, just metres from Batu Belig beach with gorgeous gardens all around. Yup, Villa Eden is exactly what its name suggests – a tropical paradise with oodles of lush manicured lawn for kids to roll around on or to run amok throughout the open-air living spaces. Ladies of leisure can kick back in the the tropical sunshine, thanks to plenty of sun lounges and outdoor daybeds – afternoon cocktails are a must.
Then there’s the pool. Oh that pool. This huge L-shaped expanse is bordered by lush tropical foliage, a palimanan stone deck housing designer daybeds, and a rich timber deck complete with a table setting that just begs for alfresco dinners beneath the stars. All boxes well and truly ticked.

If it’s a designer villa you’re after with a contemporary edge, then the 5-bedroom Villa Nilaya is the Seminyak abode for you. Smack bang in the most happening area of the ‘hood, this villa is perfect for a glam girl’s getaway or raucous boy’s trip. In the tropical garden sits a fabulous 15m swimming pool with a large timber deck, swanky sun loungers with red parasols and matching cushions – the perfect spot to get stuck into a good book. Well, the 4-bedroom Villa Banyu exceeds all expectations with its square-shaped oasis at the heart of this absolutely fabulous Seminyak stay. From every designer bedroom and every open plan living area, the sight of the sparkling pool and the sounds of the trickling koi ponds are ever present. It’s pure paradise. Add to that the rooftop billiards room, the fully-equipped modern kitchen and the fact that Ku De Ta and Potato Head are just a stone’s throw away – well, when can we move in?!

Villa Jepun
A paradise home-from-home, Villa Jepun is one of the homeliest villas we’ve ever seen. With a gorgeous dining table big enough to fit the whole fam, three spacious bedrooms and a cosy, squishy lounge that’s perfect for quiet nights in front of the TV, forget a holiday villa, we never want to leave this family-friendly pad! The pool is also something to shout about (naturally) placed perfectly at the heart of the living areas and adorned with natural river stone, a stunning Buddha head and plenty of tropical greenery to add a Balinese touch to the homely vibe. Hea-ven.
