You’ll remember going behind the scenes with the founders of the wonderful Monsieur Spoon earlier this year. At the time they were baking some 650 croissants a day and hatching plans for five new stores. Somehow, they’ve found time to hold a Pastry Class for Kids this weekend!
This class is themed Madeleine and Financier, and children will learn the basics of pastry and baking as well as have the chance to design their own cake. Best part, they’ll take their wonderful creations home at the end of the day to share with the fam.
The class is suitable for ages 4 to 14 and the cost is150,000 Rp per child. Book your slot on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd November at 3-4pm. The class will take place at Monsieur Spoon, Jalan Batu Bolong no. 55, Canggu.
