Inspired by the Indonesian way of gathering with family, this new brunch is all about celebrating food, culture and togetherness – all through fresh and delicious dining experiences. Unlike most other brunches, this extravagant feast is not a buffet-style brunch. Instead, you’ll be able to order a la carte dishes and family-style sharing plates to your tummy’s content, guaranteeing both freshness and utmost hygiene.
Our faves? Try the Sate Tanjung to start (Lombok-style fish satay) followed by the Rendang steam buns and a fresh Rujak salad of mixed fruits and a tangy tamarind dressing.
