Think of Ubud and it’s serene landscapes, quiet cafes and health-conscious yogis that spring to mind, but there’s one bar that’s shaking things up in the ‘bud with late-night cocktails and live bands that make plenty of rocking-good noise!
Relatively new to the Ubud scene, No Más is a local watering hole that buzzes almost every day of the week. And with Eagles of Death Metal playing loud on a Thursday, Jameson and Captain Morgans being tossed around on Fridays, and the island’s party crowds prancing around on Saturdays, it’s not your typical Ubud vibe – and that’s why we love it!
We also love No Más’s rocking Happy Hours that keep us rolling throughout the week. Every night (from 7pm to 11pm), different cocktails, beers, wines and whiskeys are just 87k net, and the Sangria Sunshine is just 104k for a glass, or 416k for a pitcher.
Our faves? Try the Root cocktail with vodka, cointreau, capsicum, pepper and lime, or opt for a classic like a Cosmo, Espresso Martini, or the No Más Bloody Mary that comes with a side of either fried chicken or a beef slider. And if that wasn’t enough to get your evening started, the live bands and classic tunes from the likes of Bowie, Depeche Mode and Black Keys will have you on your feet.
