This festive season join the holiday celebrations with Chez Gado Gado starting on Christmas Day from 11:00am to 3:30pm. Indulge in a classically inspired a la carte menu starting with favourites such as Prawn Cocktail, Beef Carpaccio and Seafood Vol-au-vent. Savoury main courses include Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Swordfish and a traditional Roasted Turkey. The afternoon concludes on a sweet note with a choice between Christmas Bread Pudding and Chocolate Brownie.

Quib and the team present a sensational epicurean adventure to celebrate the New Year on December 31st. Commencing with free flow canapés and cocktails, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm guests can choose from a premier selection of Tuna Tartare, Braised Octopus and Chicken Liver Parfait and enjoy stunning beachfront views while sipping on refreshing tropical drinks including Margaritas, Gado Gado Lychee Mojitos, Watermelon Martinis, and Passion Fruit Coolers.
Starting at 9:00pm, dinner commences with a premiere course featuring Red Snapper with Thai Yellow Curry and Green Papaya Salad. A hearty Grilled Dry Aged Rib Eye with Parsnip Puree tantalizes for the main course followed by Vanilla Panna Cotta with Red Fruit and Sorbet. To ring in the New Year in true Seminyak style, a complimentary Champagne toast will be hosted at 11:45pm. Live entertainment runs throughout the evening.
