Sabrina Alatas, has amassed a dedicated following through her unwavering commitment to delivering personalised and immersive dining experiences. With a fusion of European and Pan-Asian influences, Sabrina guarantees an unforgettable evening. Born in Jakarta and now rooted in Bali, Sabrina honed her skills in the culinary mecca of Paris, working in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments for two years. Most recently Sabrina was Head Chef at Bokashi Bali, and currently offers exclusive casual fine dining experiences through her private dining venture, “The Grumpy Chef.”
As a special highlight for the evening, Sabrina will introduce five of her signature dishes to the YUKI Uluwatu menu, showcasing her unique interpretation of modern Japanese izakaya cuisine.
