About Chef Lucas Curcio
We welcome to Grand Hyatt Bali a special guest chef from Park Hyatt Jakarta, Mr Lucas Curcio, who will create a delectable selections of Spanish dishes and tapas.
Prior to joining the team at Park Hyatt Jakarta, Chef Lucas was the executive chef of Grup Boira Bars and Restaurant in Girona, Spain, in charge of twenty restaurants, coffee shops and six bakeries. Throughout his impressive 15-year culinary career, Chef Lucas worked at 5-star luxury hotels and dining establishments in Spain, Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina and well-known independent restaurants. He also spent time working at one Michelin-starred restaurant in Jersey, United Kingdom.
On coming to Bali, Chef Lucas Curcio looks forward to presenting refined Spanish dishes and tapas. He said, I am very happy to have this great opportunity and I am truly honored to contribute my the culinary of my hometown to Grand Hyatt Bali.
