Marking the end of their culinary journey with Indonesia’s premiere Bali Culinary Pastry School, the 8 young chefs of Krama Pop Up project proudly present the Krama experience. A day consisting of 2 Indonesian-themed events; an afternoon tea in collaboration with award-winning Made Tea, and a 5-course set dinner accompanied by Wine Pairing with Hatten Wines.
Located just 10 minutes away from the bustling streets of Canggu, discover a new side of Bali with a one-of-a-kind experience in a serene culinary school located just by the beautiful Pantai Nyanyi. The event has been prepared wholeheartedly by students of Bali Culinary Pastry School for the past 5 months, as they are keen to showcase their cooking aspirations to the world.
The menu ranges from Grilled Octopus and Barramundi served in Indonesian “Pesmol” curry sauce, to desserts such as Coconut Mousse served with house-made “Es Puter” Ice Cream. Can’t be bothered for dinner? Worry not and attend the Afternoon Tea session which will be held at 2.00 PM. For Just IDR 160,000, you can try out 6 different kinds of Indonesian delights served alongside the highly acclaimed Made Tea from Ubud.
