We are excited to share a very special collaboration, CARNE, for a one-off dinner on Saturday 25th of March.
MAURI will welcome Argentinian Chef Victor Taborda who worked in a 3 Michelin Star in Spain and currently Chef Owner of SUDESTADA Restaurant in Jakarta. His venue is an ode to authentic South American flavours with a special accent on “Asado” (grilled meat).
For this collaboration, Chef Maurizio Bombini and Chef Victor will combine their respective signature premium cut dishes beautifully paired with Torres Wines, a family winery with the most extensive vineyards in the Denomination of Origin (DO) of Penedès and the largest winery in Spain. Be prepared for a succulent carnivore feast!
