Chef Tom Jack and founder Ben Williamson from Brisbane’s iconic hôntô restaurant will be joining chef Yudha Permana at YUKI Bali for a Japanese-inspired feast.
Since its opening in 2018, hôntô, which is inspired by contemporary Japanese, has become one of Brisbane’s most popular restaurants and bars. On the menu, you’ll find Tom’s interpretation of classic Japanese dishes with seasonal flourishes, always prioritising local ingredients. Tom is known for his own unique style of combining open fire cooking with a contemporary youthful take on Japanese cuisine.
