The Chris Salans Group is delighted to announce the first ever event of its
kind at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud, on Saturday March 20th 2021.
Vegan and Vegetarian Gastronomy has taken the culinary world by storm in recent years
due to increased awareness of environmental footprint, animal abuse, and health benefits
of a plant-based diet. In collaboration with Island Organics Bali, Chef Chris Salans will be
hosting a unique dinner event to prove to the residents of Bali that vegetables, legumes,
and herbs can be combined to create an equally rewarding and amazing gastronomic
experience.
Farmer Rama of Island Organics Bali and Chef Chris Salans of Mozaic have been working
together for many years developing seasonal produce of unparalleled quality for Chris’
restaurants. The two of them have decided to share the fruit of their passion by putting
together a unique and incredible gastronomic dining experience at Mozaic restaurant
focusing on locally grown seasonal organic fruits, vegetables and spices, marrying them with
exclusive produce from around the world.
