Best known for The Grumpy Chef, her intimate private dining experience, Sabrina’s food is deeply personal, immersive, and unforgettable.
In collaboration with Oaken, a scent brand that transforms daily rituals into sensory journeys, this event will explore the connection between scent, memory, and taste. Inspired by Oaken’s signature ingredients, our own Chef Benjamin CrossChef has curated a set menu, alongside Chef Sabrina, designed to evoke stories, sensations, and new perspectives on dining.
