In 2020, Ben opened the critically acclaimed restaurant, Agnes, a wood-fire concept known for its innovative fusion of ancient cooking techniques and modern culinary approaches, highlighting local Australian ingredients. Agnes has become one of Australia’s most coveted dining experiences, earning the prestigious title of Australian Restaurant of the Year by Gourmet Traveller in 2023.
