
On Saturday, 8 February, Elgin, the Saigon hotspot that’s been turning heads, is rolling into GHOST for an epic one-night-only chef collaboration.
Think bold, fun, and seriously good food. Led by Chef Aldwin Hidijat, Elgin takes casual dining up a notch with Asian-inspired sharing plates. If you’ve been to GHOST before, you know the deal: wood-fired grills, natural wines, and vinyl spinning in the background. This time, it’s Elgin’s bold dishes meeting GHOST’s chef Tim Stapleforth’s love for smoky, rustic flavours. Plus, Dipti Budhrani, Elgin’s co-founder and sommelier, will be in the house with her killer wine pairings.
