During the course of this program we will be unfolding the different expressions of yin, through yin yoga, chinese meridians, Meridional qi gong, somatic movement, sound healing & yoga nidra to support you in this unwinding of mental habits, emotional fluctuations & physical tensions that rest within our bodily system.
We will focus on the deeper levels of thebody/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system.
