Another fabulous Friday in Bali, another long list of things to love. And by love we mean things to do, buy, drink, eat, stretch, see and love. Here’s our list of what we’re loving a whole lot right now in paradise. Keep having fun in Bali!
Full Moon Yoga, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan
This island loves a full moon like few others, given its a sacred day in Bali when Balinese-Hindus honour ancestral gods and thank them for their protection with offerings and ceremonies across the island. So cheers to Ubud’s healthy and well-being mecca Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan who have introduced Full Moon Yoga to Bali – a dramatically beautiful location on the banks of the sacred Ayung River.
Full Moon ‘Purnama’ Yoga is a first for the island, and it’s a spectacular river-edge setting, under the glow of the full moon and twinkling stars. Moon Salutations begin at 7.30pm on each full moon: 28 September, 27 October, 26 November, and 25 December (Christmas Day indeed). Sessions are complimentary for in-house guests of the Four Seasons Resorts Bali, non guests are welcome at a rate of Rp300,000++ per person.

Happy Kombucha Secret Lab
Forget Happy Little Vegemites, when in Bali it’s about Happy Kombucha. How much goodness can one get in one glass? Kombucha is rich in health promoting vitamins, enzymes and acids. Regular consumption boosts immunity and increases energy while aiding the liver to detox (you can’t be on holidays every day, can you?), rehydrate the body and reduce wrinkles. So now Happy Kombucha harmonizes your body and now pleases the tastebuds, with their divine range of gourmet flavours. Support these legends by popping into ODD (one of Canggu’s new, coolest stores and cafe), everyone’s ultimate local cafe Watercress or Milk & Madu, or Samadi’s famous Sunday markets. Find out more about Happy Kombucha here.
