Say your “I dos” in the glittering surroundings, before making your way to the two-storey Dining Pavilion for a fancy dinner or cocktail soiree, complete with both indoor and outdoor areas. 2. Banana Lounge Bali
For a boutique wedding, you’ll want to say your “I dos” at Banana Lounge Bali. This tropical venue feels more like a luxury villa, with a glittering pool as the centrepiece, lush gardens, and ocean views from the rooftop cabana. There’s even six bamboo abodes just footsteps away at Jellyfish Villas, meaning you can book the entire venue and host your closest friends and family in utmost exclusivity. But back to those I dos. 3. The Ungasan
With five spectacular cliff-front villas to choose from (plus Sundays Beach Club for the afterparty!), a wedding at The Ungasan is nothing short of a six-star celebration. 4. Wonderland Uluwatu
Wonderland Uluwatu is Bali’s beautiful and totally customisable events space built on 10,000 square meters of oceanfront cliff-top land. The wedding venue of all wedding venues. The Cliff-Edge Cabana at Alila Villas Uluwatu is one of our all-time fave wedding destinations. If you haven’t already fallen head over heels for this iconic resort, then this architectural wonder will surely sweep you off your feet. The Cliff-Edge Cabana is a gravity-defying birdcage-like structure that sits dizzyingly high over the cliff’s edge, reserved exclusively for brides and grooms. It’s been specifically designed with weddings in mind, complete with an aisle that looks as though it extends to the edge of the earth. Add to that the gorgeous gardens all around for sunset soirees, and starlit banquets for those all-important bridal party pics. Did we mention you can book out the entire resort for your exclusive use, too? Move aside, Beyonce.

As one of the world’s leading resorts, it’s no surprise AYANA Resort Bali has some exceptional wedding venues to suit – 13 to be exact. Our fave is located within the palatial AYANA Villa – a 3,000 square-metre secluded, cliff-edge venue with its own wedding deck that appears to float above the Indian Ocean. Now that’s magic. But if you’re after something more traditional, try the Tresna Chapel – a fully air-conditioned venue with shimmering ocean views, a private driveway with porte-cochere, a VIP Bridal Villa, and a see-through glass aisle with a flowing, stone-lined river leading to the magnificent glass altar. As far as heavenly weddings in paradise go, it doesn’t get much dreamier than this.
