With a sophisticated nod to the nautical, this interior designer owned villa wouldn’t look out of place in the Bahamas or Cape Cod. The villa features a tropical/colonial vibe with pristine white furnishings, chic white shutters, white panelled walls, and wood flooring accentuated by tasteful textiles – think tropical and beach life prints that incorporate crabs, palm trees and pineapples.
Antique teak and cane furniture complete the house – you can almost feel the grain, the history and the many beautiful memories that have been made in this family home over the years. The welcoming, homely spirit is strengthened by Ketut and Agung, the wonderful villa staff who are extremely attentive to all that you need but yet so discreet you wouldn’t know they were there…dreamy!
The three-bedroom villa is well laid out – downstairs, the bright open plan living space, complete with all mod cons, features large bi-folding patio doors that open up to the villa pool, where you can spend hours sunbaking on the loungers and outside entertaining area.
If you’re traveling with kids, the ground floor is also where they sleep, as the smaller bedroom features plush twin poster beds. Meanwhile, the two upstairs bedrooms, complete with en-suites, are decked out to maximise those breathtaking ocean views. The bathroom walls are even fitted with portholes perfectly positioned to frame the break while you shower, so you never miss watching a wave.
Back in the room, sliding doors part way to the balcony to the cool sea breeze and lust-worthy panoramic ocean views. We have no doubt that this is where you will spend the majority of your holiday. Enjoy endless hours perched here just watching the world-class break, listening to music, reading books from the extensive library, and just simply chillaxing. A couple of balcony side drinks at sunset will further help you melt into this magical moment.
If you can pull yourself away from the break, enclosed gardens and open plan living, Bali Beach Club Villa is conveniently located to the forever growing neighbourhood of Canggu. Some of our favourite foodie haunts are just minutes away! However, if you’d rather spend your break self-catering at the villa, make use of the fully stocked kitchen or let Raka, the in-house chef, prepare a sumptuous Balinese meal. Light the candles and listen to the sounds of the ocean just beyond your walls as you enjoy your home cooked dinner.
As if that’s not enough, the villa comes with complimentary membership cards to the Canggu Club for access to its many facilities.
