It doesn’t matter if you prefer red, sparkling or white – vino lovers are in for a treat this October!
Drop whatever you’re doing, and listen up: Wine Fiesta, Singapore’s biggest outdoor wine festival, is making its way to Marina Bay next month. For the tenth year running, the folks at the Straits Wine Company are bringing us the best wines from around the world. The event’s highlights read like a vino lover’s dream – a lavish gourmet spread served alongside premium labels, a mega-tent full of the most delectable wines, and an exciting after party which everyone is invited to. Cheers to that!
It’s wine o’clock all day
Grab a tasting glass and stroll around the mega-tent at Clifford Square, where wineries from across the globe will showcase their best bottles. Sip on premium pours from Australia’s famed Hunter Valley and Margaret River, and New Zealand’s Marlborough and Waipara Valley. Of course, it’s no proper wine party without the Europeans – try the rich Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Bordeaux, outstanding selections from Verona’s Chianti and Amarone regions, Rioja and Crianza in Spain. Some of Singapore’s coolest restaurants including the likes of Monti, Morsels, Maggie Joan’s, and more will be serving up bites too!
