From stone-washed, to hand-printed, we hunt high and low to bring you our pick of the best bed linens in Singapore and beyond
If you haven’t slept in luxury pure French linen, you need to update your bed linen, pronto. The trend of flax linen sheets has been around for the last year or two, and although it sounds uncomfortable, it’s everyday luxury that you won’t regret investing in. Flax linen sheets are extremely soft, get softer with every wash, and stay cool – which is particularly important in our climate. But don’t take our word for it; go shopping at these 10 best places to buy bed linen and you’ll instantly feel the results.
As if you need another reason to visit Originals – one of our all time fave furniture stores on the island – these guys stock the cult product CULTIVER, which is probably the most sought-after French bed linen around. We just love this luxurious range, and Originals has a great one at very reasonable prices.
Originals, 896 Dunearn Rd, Singapore 589470.
Finding stone-washed French bed linen can be a bit tricky in Singapore, so when we were given the nod by Charlie at Lottie is Loving about Edition Limitee, we quickly ordered some of this linen to add to our growing collection. Follow these guys on Instagram, as they do pop up at Boutiques and a few other fairs throughout the year.
Edition Limitee, River Valley Road, Singapore 239619, p. 9816 2581
Shiva Designs Bespoke
Shiva Designs is another need-to-know homewares address in Singapore. Shiva stocks our most beloved brands like Jai Vasicek, Bonnie and Neil and Samantha Robinson. But more recently, we have been loving their homegrown range of dip-dyed and spotted linen throws, the perfect accessory for the linen lover’s bed.

Affordable Style Files
With their move to a retail shop in Dempsey, ASF has definitely put a dent in our wallet with all their homewares and stunning monochrome accessories. They also stock Sage & Clare linen – very ‘now’ with their zigzags and boho fringes.
Affordable Style Files, 6A Dempsey Road, Singapore 247661.
This is an online store based in Sydney that is definitely worth checking out. Run by a mother & daughter team, this site has one of the best ranges in terms of colours of linen, and it allows customers to mix and match – which we love.
Major Minor can also be found on the first level of Isetan Scotts, Shaw House, 350 Orchard Road, Singapore 238868.
Ok, this is another must-visit Aussie online linen store; couldn’t you tell from their self-explanatory moniker? They have a great range that’s simply irresistible, and their prices are pretty darn good too. Can you say steal?
While Castle and Things doesn’t stock linens per se, they do have the most gorgeous brightly-coloured range of pillows, bedsheets and tea towels. We just love their perk-me-up colours and cute typography with very Aussie sayings like “It’s a long way to the shops if you want a sausage roll” #swoon.
Another brilliant Aussie designer specialising in bed linens. These guys only launched in 2012, but it feels like they have been on the scene for decades as they have created so many outstanding ranges – each very unique. We personally love their inspirations: “Life’s big moments and its sunny days, laughter, adventure and the next sip of Champagne”. Yep, we can tell!
Another absolute go-to online store from Australia (yes, we are quite biased!), we have purchased loads of prints, homewares and accessories from this store. They are worth following on Instagram and email, as they often have flash sales (right now, they have 30% off Sage & Clare linen) – and there ain’t nothing like a flash sale in our book!
This is a large Australia fashion and homewares store that has a great range of bed linen and home accessories – we tend to stock up every time we travel home as shipping can get exxy. A must-visit for anyone heading Down Under.
