Adrenaline-pumping fights to look forward to at the UFC Fight Night in Singapore
UFC, home of the world’s mixed martial arts elite, has announced an exciting line up of fights for the Singapore card. Singaporean UFC fans will be pleased to know that event will kick off in a couple of weeks on June 17 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
UFC Fight Night will open with former UFC heavyweight Champion Andrei “The Pitbull” Arlovski, a veteran in the heavyweight category, facing off against Polish prodigy Marcin “Tybur” Tybura.
A fan favourite, Japanese MMA legend Takanori “The Fireball Kid” Gomi will go face to face with American, Jon “Super Saiyan” Tuck in the second event. A flyweight fight will see another Japanese fighter, “Ulka” Sasaki, take on UFC veteran Justin Scoggins while the fourth bout will feature former Korean regional Champion “Handsome” Kwan Ho Kwak go up against Hawaiian Russell Doane.
Another much-anticipated bout will showcase a heavy hitting duo of champs – Cyril “Silverback” Asker and Walt “The Big Ticket” Harris in what promises to be a heavy hitting battle.
But there’s more than heavy hitters to be excited for! Newly announced bouts include Rafael Dos Anjos’ welterweight debut against Tarec Saffiedine, while Naoki Inoue will go against Carls “Golden Boy” John De Tomas from the Philippines.
Pumped? Tickets for UFC Fight Night will go on sale Friday, April 7 at 10am and are priced at S$378, S$248, S$128, S$98, and S$58. Future fights will be announced.
