Chill out or party on at one of our favourite Sentosa beach clubs; the refreshed all-day, brunch, and cocktail menu at Tanjong Beach Club is a must try!
We can’t think of many better ways to spend a day than reclining on a sun lounger, sipping a cocktail, feeling the sand beneath our feet and listening to waves gently lapping the shore. And where else but Tanjong Beach Club to channel those holiday vibes without setting foot out of Singapore? If sun, sea, and sandy toes aren’t enough of a draw, then we reckon Tanjong Beach Club’s refreshed all-day dining menu might just make you want to hotfoot it to Sentosa, stat! Bikini’s at the ready, it’s time to eat, drink, and get merry Tanjong Beach Club style.
Consultant chef, Jason Jones, has drawn inspiration from the sea (where else?!) and memories from numerous beachfront vacations to revamp the Tanjong Beach Club menu. And by the sounds of it, we’re in for a bountiful haul of sublime seafood dishes. Brimming with the freshest produce from the US, Japan, Italy, and Australia, expect contemporary creations with a playful twist. Curious as to what’s on the menu? Let us give you a round-up of the dishes we’ll be ordering next time we pop by for a beachy sun sesh.

Gorge on a fresh, zingy plate of Snapper Ceviche (fresh snapper tossed with lime, creamy avocado, and a side of tortillas), or the Barbecued Octopus Salad (slices of grilled tentacle atop a bed of baby spinach, quinoa, and pomegranate): two healthy options that will ensure your bikini body remains intact! For a luxurious carb hit opt for the Lobster Bun (juicy Maine lobster dressed with lime mayo and nori; what’s not to love?).
The brunch menu has also had a makeover, and these tasty bites will definitely make getting out of bed on a Saturday or Sunday one helluva lot easier! Indulge in a hearty plate of Truffled Eggs & Ham, elevated to the next level thanks to the inclusion of black truffle, Spanish jamón ibérico, and sourdough toast. Or the sinful sounding Chorizo Quesadilla. Featuring a cheesy trio of Monterey Jack, ricotta, and mozzarella wedged alongside grilled chorizo, spinach and scrambled egg between a lightly toasted flour tortilla, we reckon this is going to be a melty, oozing plate of naughty goodness.

If you’re on a health kick (aren’t we always?) the Chilled Melon Salad is a must order, featuring an assortment of diced melon, lemon yoghurt, passion fruit gel, a drizzle of honey and almond flakes, it sounds like an absolute winner to us. Alternatively, our new favourite breakfast item, a refreshing Acai Bowl topped with hazelnut granola, is also now up for grabs. Huzzah!
But it’s not just the food that’s been refreshed, we also spotted a few additions to the cocktail list to boot! And if there’s one drink that’s sure to get us in the holiday spirit, it’s a Piña Colada! Sup on this pimped up version featuring Havana 7yr rum, pineapple juice and a decadent swirl of coconut cream, all served up in a hollowed out frozen pineapple. Sounds delish! We’ve got a feeling one will not be enough.
