Check out the CBD’s latest addition – Italian restaurant, PerBacco
Italian restaurants in Singapore are a dime a dozen, especially so in the CBD area. Presenting newcomer PerBacco, the latest addition to Tanjong Pagar’s ever-growing enclave.
Brick walls, dark wood, and heaps of empty wine crates give this eating spot a casual, cosy vibe. Wine (from $9 a glass) takes centre stage on the drinks menu, but there’s quite a solid selection of other alcoholic offerings as well, from whiskeys and rums to classic cocktails like the Manhattan and Negroni.
Pad your stomach with cicheti (Italian small plates) like parma ham and saffron-breaded arancini with green peas and buffalo mozzarella cheese, or go for mains such as the pan-roasted black cod and the yellowfin tuna tartare.
PerBacco, #01-03, 20 Craig Road, Singapore 089692, p. 6635 7130. Open Mon-Fri 12pm-2:30pm, 5pm-10pm, Sat 6pm-10pm. Closed Sun.
