Probably the biggest thing to happen to Yishun, Northpoint City is a cluster of shopping, housing, food, education and community spaces
If Yishun’s getting a makeover, then it’s working out just fine. First, the hawker centre of the future is going to be in the Northern ’hood, and now, Yishun will also be home to the largest mall in the North.
It's official! Northpoint Shopping Centre will be integrated into Northpoint City and renamed as its North Wing. We're also excited about the new South Wing slated for completion in Q4 2017! With over 400 stores, our two retail wings will form the largest mall in northern Singapore, leaving you spoilt for choice! When completed, Northpoint City will also include North Park Residences, community spaces, an air-conditioned bus interchange, and an underground retail link to Yishun MRT station.Join us in the start of something new and exciting!

The 1.33 million-square feet megamall will include a specialty food precinct called The Makan Town, themed shopping zones, and also an education cluster. The mall is also part of the integrated development called Northpoint City that will be ready in the fourth quarter of 2017, according to developer, Frasers Centrepoint Singapore.
What happens to the current mall? Well, the existing Northpoint Shopping Centre will become part of Northpoint City and renamed as its North Wing. Northpoint City itself will be a cluster of community spaces, the bus interchange, a link to the MRT, a shopping mall, and North Park Residences. See, we told you Yishun is not so bad.
