Looking for a new go-to holiday spot in Southeast Asia? Head to Cambodia’s Shinta Mani hotels for a luxury vacation. The hotel group has revamped its existing hotels plus added two new properties, including villas and a glamping spot in Phnom Penh
Travel tip of the day: Next time you’re in Siem Reap, Cambodia, you need to check into a Shinta Mani hotel. Made up of two boutique properties designed by acclaimed architect, Bill Bensley, the hotel group has also launched two new exciting collaborations with acclaimed architect Bill Bensley.
Opening in November is the Shinta Mani Angkor – Bensley Collection, which features 10, ultra luxurious two-level villas decked out in Art Deco-inspired decor, with oversized lap pools and a butler service.
Also in the pipeline for the third quarter of 2018 is Shinta Mani Wild: a glamping property located two hours away from Phnom Penh Phen. The 16 custom-designed tents will feature sustainable yet opulent design, and will be elevated over swift moving water and waterfalls. We’re definitely jumping on this once it’s opened – after all, it claims to be a “luxury safari in the jungles of Cambodia with Jacky O”.
The hotel group’s existing properties have also recently rebranded – Shinta Mani Club, a 39-room upscale and sleek haven decked out in contemporary Khmer furnishings, is now called Shinta Mani Angkor. Located next to it is the popular 62-room Shinta Mani Resort; now named Shinta Mani Shack, the recently renovated resort now boasts two brand new executive suites, a swankier pool, and dramatic design features, including monochromatic tiles.
