Art piece meets light fixture, LUNA allows you to hold the moon in your hands – and you can buy it in Singapore now!
Looking for new furniture in Singapore that’s out of this world? An affordable art piece (and also lamp!) that space buffs and romantics would appreciate, the appropriately named LUNA is an illuminating work of art that draws a striking resemblance to the real deal up in the night sky.
We’ve seen some pretty awesome lamps and lighting, but LUNA is an instant conversation starter or probably the prettiest piece you’ll have in your home. It is also painstakingly crafted by artisans and comes in five different sizes – from ones you can hold in your hands to giant orbs to hang on the ceiling.
It’s been kicking around the Internet for quite a bit now, but the lamps are finallyretailing at Kapok at the National Design Centre. Made of latex and other natural fibres, the LUNA moon lamp is also water-repellent, heat-resistant and scratch-proof on top of looking aesthetically-pleasing.
See it for yourself in-store – and maybe you might end up bringing home a piece of the solar system for yourself. Aim for the moon!
LUNA, available at Kapok, National Design Centre, prices start from $115.
