The music festival’s food village at Gardens By The Bay is offering gourmet bites such as Korean fried chicken, gourmet tacos, acai bowls and more
Unless you’re superhuman, enduring a massive music festival like the St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival on 21 January is bound to make you hungry. Thankfully for you peckish indie music lovers, you need not be worried about run-of-the-mill, fast food fare within the festival grounds. Laneway has released its diverse list of f&b vendors, and we’re already licking our lips.
From Afterwit’s Halal, gourmet tacos and Project Acai’s antioxidant-packed acai bowls to refuel after a romping set, to Korean fried chicken from Kko Kko Nara and salted egg yolk bao sandwiches from Full Of Luck Club – it’s safe to say that Laneway’s myriad of food options will keep everyone chuffed and stuffed. Here are some other tantalising vendors below:
- Fish and chips from The Mad Sailors
- Japanese grain bowls from Ninja Bowl
- Kebabs from Shiraz
- Handcrafted sausages from Sidecar
- Tonkotsu ramen from the Ramen Keisuke franchise
