In this month's edition of Hot New Cafes: P.S Cafe One Fullerton, Keong Saik Bakery and Knots Cafe and Living
Looking for new cafes in Singapore this month? Boy have we got some winners for you. This month, our brunch hitlist includes old-school cafe Keong Saik Bakery, P.S Cafe’s massive new outlet at One Fullerton, and the Instagram-worthy Knots Cafe and Living.
Keong Saik Bakery
The past and the present collide at Keong Saik Bakery. Located in an old shophouse, the cafe’s interior is dotted with snapshots of the district’s red light past. On the menu, you’ll find pastries which feature local flavours – think Milo croissants and chendol cakes.
Keong Saik Bakery, 41 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089146
PS. Cafe One Fullerton
Renowned for its luxe interiors and decadent dishes of massive portions, PS. Cafe’s lineup of outlets includes the stunning locales in Palais Renaissance and Dempsey. Adding to this is its new location in One Fullerton, opening this month. Spanning 5000 square feet, it’ll feature panoramic views of the Marina, as well as multiple spaces like an open air terrace and bar. Expect the design to be kept in PS. Cafe’s signature style – think sleek interiors and plenty of fresh florals or greenery. We’re certain it’ll be our new brunch hangout, but we can’t wait to pop in for a luxe lunch or a post-work cocktail.
PS. Cafe One Fullerton will open in later this month at Fullerton Road, #02-03B/04 One Fullerton, Singapore 049213
