Celebrate Father’s Day with a spectacular view from this rooftop bar, with a spread of fresh oysters (served five ways) paired with craft beer from renowned breweries
Oysters, craft beer, and a killer view – if that sounds like Dad’s idea of the perfect Father’s Day treat, you’ll want to book a table at Angie’s Oyster bar from 12 to 17 June for its Weekend Oyster and Beer Festival.
On the menu that week will be a selection of fresh oyster served five ways – Asian vinaigrette & spring onions; pancetta, chopped daikon consommé & chives; spicy chimichurri; bacon, parsley, aburi sour cream; and aburi mentaiko. These oyster dishes will be artfully paired with five craft beers from noted breweries like Lervig, White Dog, and Fat Earl.
Held in Angie’s indoor Lervig Craft Beer tasting room, this ‘Sip N Slurp’ pairing session will get diners acquainted with the immaculate pairing of craft beers and oysters.
Tickets for the Father’s Day exclusive ‘Sip N Slurp’ oyster and beer festival can be pre-purchased at $45++ or bought at the door at $55++.
