This hotel’s kitchen is known for introducing a new Asian-influenced turkey every holiday season, and this year fails to disappoint. This year’s Wu Xi’ turkey ($218 for 8 to 10 persons), a creation by Executive Chef Foo Jong Kwang, is a juicy and tender turkey braised with red yeast rice, red dates and a secret blend of spices for two hours. This homely turkey feast comes served with Shanghai-style vegetable fried rice for a truly Asian Christmas experience. But that’s not all you can look forward to on this Asian-inspired Christmas menu; returning this year is the all-time favourite slow-roasted Iberico pork belly ($320 for six to eight people) as well as the Turkey kueh pie tee ($18 for 10, $32 for 20).

Da Paolo Gastronomia
Da Paolo Gastronomia is a convenient one-stop grocer for all Christmas shopping needs, with over a dozen festive options that’ll make Christmas party planning a breeze. Stuffed with mushrooms, Italian pork sausage, and herbs, the classic deboned roast turkey ($202.50) will make for a hearty centrepiece for your Christmas feast. The Fullerton Hotel’s festive menu sees two distinct roast turkeys, one for traditionalists and another for Asian palates. Go back to basics with the classic whole roasted turkey with dried fruit, celery and pumpkin bread stuffing ($201.16), or take your taste buds East with the lemongrass flavoured, rendang-spiced turkey served with turmeric rice and a nutty salad ($179.76). The Fullerton Hotel’s other Christmas offerings include honey-glazed Champagne ham ($286.76) and a hefty 2.5kg wagyu beef roast ($415.16).

Meat The Butcher
Don’t let the festive season get you frazzled. Meat The Butcher offers two Christmas packages that include a pre-cooked turkey (small or medium) with a tangy sun-dried tomato relish, plus 500g of chipolata sausage – so that’s one less dish to fret over. As part of the deal, you’ll get to pick a choice of stuffing, sauce and one side (ham, lamb or a beef dish). The small turkey package goes for $198, while the medium turkey package goes for $220. Meat The Butcher also offers stand-alone roasts like the Gamon bone-in ham ($280) and roast Welsh lamb leg ($128) that’ll round off your Christmas dinner spread.

Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore
It’s a particularly Singaporean Christmas at Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore this year with its locally-inspired Fully-Loaded festive takeaway meal. The star of the show of course, is the ‘Percik style’ roasted turkey. The set meal comes complete with mango prawns, crab claws in chilli crab sauce, an Asian-influenced festive stuffing, crabmeat fried rice and a selection of desserts. If you prefer to stick to a classic turkey, opt for the regular roasted turkey served with roasted potatoes, slow braised Brussels sprouts with bacon, maple glazed chestnuts and giblet truffle sauce. Both sets go for $198 each.
Carlton Hotel Singapore
When ringing in the Yuletide cheer, sometimes all people really want is a good ol’, traditional Christmas turkey. Take the classic route with Carlton Hotel’s whole turkey with chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey jus for $118. You can also add on unconventional Christmas offerings like the oven-roasted German pork knuckles with apple coulis & mustard ($215).

Pan Pacific’s selection of hearty traditional roasts will be quite a treat to any meat lover in the family. Naturally, you’ll wanna start off with the quintessential traditional roasted turkey with cornbread, sausage, apple, and pecan stuffing ($158). Or amp up your festive offerings with other meaty favourites like the roasted beef rib eye with truffle sauce ($158), the honey-glazed ham with cinnamon and pear chutney ($128), or opt for the less traditional route with a serving of healthy coconut, honey and cinnamon ham ($158).
