Painting the town red has never felt so good – purchase a bespoke cocktail from the Marina Bay Sands club, and do your bit for charity
Some clubs celebrate their anniversaries with nights of hedonism, with many inebriated revellers leaving their conscience at the door. Not this one; not CÉ LA VI.
Toasting to seven years of luxe parties from its prime locale atop Marina Bay Sands, the rooftop nightspot is giving back to charity with its theme, “Paint The Town Red”. As if you needed more reasons to check out the iconic destination – CÉ LA VI did bag the #80 position in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs this year – the ritzy club will be donating proceeds to its charity of choice, the Red Cross’ FoodAid programme. For every purchase of its special bespoke cocktail of the night, the 206C, $2 will be donated to this organisation that provides food to the disadvantaged of Singapore’s community. Partying for a cause? We say, why not?
This anniversary bash will be soundtracked by CÉ LA VI’s ensemble of resident DJs – they’re some of the best selectors in town, dropping a mish-mash of house music, disco, hip-hop and other crowd favourites. And in case it wasn’t obvious enough, you might wanna come dressed in red.
CÉ LA VI Singapore 7th Anniversary: Paint The Town Red, 6 July, 10pm-late, SkyPark, Marina Bay Sands Tower 3, 1 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018971, p. 6688 7688. Cover charge applies.
