The star-studded gastronomic weekend will conclude with Restaurant Andre hosting Spain’s youngest three-Michelin star Chef Enko Atxa, who’s also the head of ecofriendly restaurant Azurmendi. You’ll be treated to Chef Enko Atxa’s progressive Basque cuisine, which is renowned for the use of natural aromas, and Chef Andre Chiang’s French nouvelle style. Pollen presents an exclusive one-night-only menu of Epicurean proportions (23 Feb). Guest chefs – Christopher Pitt from Table No. 1 and Scott Melvin from The Commune Social – will be joining Pollen Singapore’s executive chef Colin Buchan in the kitchen to craft a surprise six-course spring menu for the restaurant’s guests. If you’re lardcore enough, you’ll want in on Artichoke’s exclusive two-day menu – Rock Out With Your Pork Out (4-5 March).
