The White Rabbit (Editor’s Pick)
The White Rabbit’s annual Easter extravaganza turns five! Gather the fam and head down for a delectable buffet spread which includes a breakfast station serving up eggs any style and grilled sausages, oysters and lobsters from the fresh seafood bar, and Sunday roasts galore at the carving station. The littlies will have a blast goofing around on the bouncy castle and trying their hand at painting their own Easter eggs. If they’re behaving really well, let them munch on their favourite marshmallows and chocolate cones from the dessert station! This Easter, Tablescape puts a spin on the whimsical Roald Dahl classic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with their very own Charlie and the Swiss Chocolate Factory buffet brunch. You can expect a resplendent spread of international fare and Easter-themed desserts like a luscious chocolate fondue foundation, adorable chocolate Easter bunnies, and colourful Easter eggs. Embark on an egg-stravagant indulgence at Equinox this Easter Sunday! You can expect a luxurious brunch spread with classics like oven-roasted wagyu beef and pan-fried foie gras, impressive spread of sweet treats, and an awe-inspiring view from the 70th floor of Swissotel the Stamford. The young ones can look forward to a gold egg hunt, balloon-sculpting clown, and the ubiquitous Easter Bunny to hop by. Brunch is served from 11am-3pm, and is priced at $178++ per adult, $198++ per adult with free flow Moët & Chandon Impérial, Easter cocktails, house wines, and beers, and $94++ per child.

Balzac Brasserie is offering a four-course brunch set, complete with a classic egg cocotte with truffle emulsion amuse bouche, appetizer, main course of your choice, and their signature strawberry crumble dessert. Best part? Two live oyster and charcuterie counters, which will be dishing out free flow freshly shucked French oysters with lemon, red wine, and shallow vinegar, along with a selection of homemade duck rillettes, saucisson sec, and tender pork belly. Balzac Brasserie’s Easter Sunday brunch will be available 11am-3pm at $98++ per pax or $118++ per pax with free flow cremant and draft beer.
Boathouse Restaurant
If you like your brunch with a side of Singapore’s skyline, book a spot at Boathouse Restaurant’s French-chic Easter weekend brunch. Available on 19 and 20 April, take your pick from a two ($35) or three ($42) course brunch set, or the a-la-carte brunch menu which features classic French appetizers and mains like home-cured salmon, salad with duck confit, and eggs benedict. Top up $12 for free flow fresh juices, $36 for unlimited mojitos, or treat yourself to a bottle of Moet champagne at $98 per bottle.
Cassia
The Knolls is pulling out the big guns this Easter, with a lavish Mediterranean brunch buffet and exciting Easter egg hunt (with awesome prizes to be won) for the tykes. Dig into delicacies like freshly shucked oysters from Cadoret, one of the oldest farms in France, flavorsome Alaskan black cod, and salt baked yellow chicken while the children embark on their adventure through Capella’s lush greenery in search of the coveted Easter eggs. You’ll be spoilt for choice at Shangri-La, as three of their restaurants will be offering Easter brunches. Head over to The Line ($128 per adult, $64 per child) for their famed buffet spread, featuring signatures like roasted beef prime rib, foie gras terrine, and their lavish white chocolate fountain, or hit up The Waterfall ($128 per adult, $64 per child) if a Mediterranean feast is your cup of tea. For an uber-luxe afternoon high tea spread, look no further than The Rose Veranda. You’ll savour a mix of sweet and savoury treats, like lobster bisque, roasted rib eye, and a selection of macarons and chocolate Easter eggs, for $72 per adult and $36 per child.
Basilico

Indulge in an Italian Easter buffet feast at Basilico. You can expect delicacies like Roman-style suckling baby pig and oven baked Tuscan-style Easter lamb with artichoke, alongside seasonal fare like figs and foie gras terrine with black truffle and tortello stuffed with stewed rabbit. Sentosa Harbourfront has a huge array of Easter events and promotions including themed entertainment programmes, brunches and staycation deals to be enjoyed from April 18 through to 11 May. From Easter baking classes in hotels to mass egg painting, ukulele performances to learning how to walk on egg shells, there is quite literally something for everyone in the family.
Resorts World Sentosa
RSW has packed a load of fun Easter offerings for the kids this year. Starz is throwing a rocking Easter buffet party ($68++ per adult, $22++ per child) for the littlies where they can get their faces painted in myriad colours, embark on an egg hunt, watch a movie with the folks, and marvel at live magic shows. At Palio, the junior master chefs can go Italiano and decorate their own pizzas while the mamas and papas feast on hearty Italian fare. Brunch at Palio is priced at a package of $148++ for four pax.
Greenhouse, The Ritz Carlton
The Ritz Carlton is ringing in Easter with a vintage champagne brunch, boasting a dazzling array of crustaceans – including eight types of Oysters shucked to order, tiger prawns, scallops on the half shell, and luscious crab – and free flow Moet & Chandon, house wines, and cocktails to chase it all down. The littlies aren’t left out of the festivities, they will have the chance to join in on an Easter egg hunt, get their face painted, and be entertained by a roving balloon sculptor!
