U-Elite Martial Fitness
The little ones have a fighting chance of protecting themselves too with the children’s self-defence course at U-Elite. For kids 6-12 years, they’ll learn things like simple strikes, how to protect themselves from bullies and common accidents, and develop awareness to threats through fun games. U-Elite will also have classes for adults in the future.
