It’s official. We have the inside scoop on the best-bulge-busting exercise to blast the last of your stubborn baby weight.
Well, we did just that – and we lost 2.5kgs and 19cms from all over our body. Amazing huh!
This wasn’t just any old weight loss, this was the most stubborn, dreaded last couple of kegs – the HARDEST couple of kilos we will ever try lose.
We fell in love with Power Plate classes (yes we will be back for more) and we loved the result even more. It was like giving our body the wake-up, or should we say ‘shake-up’ it needed.
The Power Plate machine vibrations make muscles contract 20-50 times per second, and working 5 times harder than normal, a 25 minute workout is equivalent to 2.5 hours. Perfect for us to pop out and back again before bub woke from her blissful slumber.
The other good news is the classes were actually enjoyable — after a tough couple of classes to begin with and some serious jello-leg affect afterwards, the body got used to this intensive workout. With the hip tunes, motivating instructors (we think Shyam is tops!) blissful green view of Dempsey, you are guaranteed to have as much fun as you can while you burn some serious fat.
