Exploring Relationships with Food
Led by Paloma Gerber
Do you struggle with your relationship with food? Many of us do, and this relationship can be tricky because we deal with it every single day of our lives. More often than not, we look to food to make us feel better; after all we’re wired to feel good when we eat! Join this three part series of discussions aimed at sharing how you can improve your relationship with food and your body.
PART 1: Healthy Food Relationship The first part of this series explores how you can have a wonderful relationship with food so that how and what you eat isn’t dictated by wanting to lose weight, your emotions or habits.
PART 2: Healing Foods The second part of this series helps you gain a better understanding of your healing foods and a diet that suits your individual body’s needs.
PART 3: Healthy Body Relationship The third part of this series addresses how to start accepting yourself even when your body isn’t at it’s happy weight. Explore why this is essential to a healthy relationship with food and your body.
